KEA REPORTER
The KEA Reporter serves as a means of communicating to members of KEA. Any relevant expression by any member shall
be considered for publication. The Executive Director or President shall have the responsibility for accepting or
rejecting submitted articles. The Editorials Section is the responsibility of the Executive Director or President who
may delegate this responsibility for any issue, or elect to accept, edit and/or reject an editorial. It is understood
that editorials express only the opinions of the author, and not those of the KEA leadership or the membership. All
articles of opinion published by KEA shall be signed by the author and clearly indicated as not necessarily being the
opinion of KEA.
The KEA Reporter staff shall solicit statements (including relevant biographical data) from each candidate for
KEA office and obtain statements for and, if available, statements against Constitution and/or Bylaws amendments,
and publish these statements in a timely manner before each KEA election.
2008-2009 Issues
Advertising in the KEA Reporter
The President or her/his designee shall determine if there is space available for advertisements:
- if the content of the advertisements will be of service to the membership;
- if the advertisements will run for one issue or more issues;
- if the advertisements that will be of service to the membership will be placed free of charge;
- advertisements judged not to be of service to membership will be charged according to the following fees
and will be limited to the following sizes:
A 2"x 3-1/2" advertisement will cost $12.50 for one issue; a 4" x 3-1/2" ad will cost $25.00 for one issue.
A one page pre-printed insert will cost $50.00 for one issue. A one page in-house printed insert will
cost $100.00 for one issue. Inserts included in the KEA Reporter will be billed at $50.00 per page if
preprinted and $50.00 plus $.05 per copy if KEA does the printing.
