    School employees retiring in Washington state must either apply for coverage with the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) within 60 days of leaving employment, or apply for a waiver that will allow entry at a later date if you are able to meet the waiver qualifications.Please think carefully about your heath insurance needs post retirement.
